Fees
If you do not have insurance or choose not to use your insurance for a visit, Glacier Acupuncture offers the following time-of-service rates:
Initial visit, about 90 minutes$175
Follow up visit, about 60 minutes$125
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash and checks.
Insurance
Glacier Acupuncture works with VA Community Care through TriWest. We are currently completing the VA Community Care update for our new practice location. Veterans with current or pending acupuncture referrals are welcome to call or text with questions about scheduling and next steps.
We are currently out of network with commercial insurance plans and can bill eligible plans for out-of-network benefits.
Insurance coverage varies by plan. Benefits quoted by an insurance company are not a guarantee of payment, and patients are responsible for deductibles, coinsurance and any non-covered services according to their plan.
If you plan to use insurance, please contact us before your first visit so we have time to verify your benefits. Without advance verification, the time-of-service rate is due at your appointment. We can review your benefits afterward and make any appropriate billing adjustment.

Policies
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged $50.
- After a missed appointment, a $50 deposit may be required to reserve the next appointment.
- The deposit will be applied to that visit or retained if the appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Fees are subject to change. Current fees will be confirmed when you book.
